South Hams District Council has agreed to take a full part in the Plymouth and South Devon Freeport, despite one member saying such initiatives “stink.” At a special executive meeting of South Hams District Council on Thursday, councillors agreed to fully participate in the new freeport initiative which involves Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon.
